We are fortunate to have oral history recording documenting the area thanks to the forthsight of the Wexford County Council Library service and their excellent Oral History Programme. The first is a two part recording of Jim Mythen of Lower Oulart who gives a fascinating insight into the life and times of the families that lived in this small hamlet. The second series of recordings of points of interest around the walking trails in and around Oulart Hill given by renowned local historian Brian Cleary . We are hopeful that walkers and history enthusiasts will use these recordings as self guided walking tours.
